How It Works

1. Purchase your 20-Pack. You'll receive your personalized redemption code via email within 48–72 hours. Processing may take longer during the off-season.
2. Book your riding days online. Use your code at checkout to redeem your passes.
3. Share with friends and family. Your 20 days can be used by multiple riders, with a maximum of 5 redemptions per day.
4. Reserve, Show up and ride! Every rider must have a confirmed reservation before arriving at the park.

Pass Rules & Important Information

• Season Validity: All 20 riding days must be used during the season purchased. Unused days do not roll over to the following year.
• Transferable: Share your passes with friends and family.
• Daily Limit: A maximum of 5 passes may be redeemed per day.
• Reservations Required: All riding days must be reserved online in advance. Purchasing a 20-Pack does not guarantee availability on any specific date.
• Sold-Out Dates: Reservations are subject to availability. The park frequently sells out, especially on weekends, so we strongly recommend booking early.
• No Walk-Ins: We cannot issue riding tickets without a confirmed reservation.
